Here are a few other plants that many gardeners have found to "take over" a garden. While each plant may be well behaved in the right conditions, these have a tendency to get out of control. If you plant them, keep a close eye on them!

 

Field Bindweed (Convolvulus arvensis)

This one looks like it could be just a pink morning glory. Except it's a perennial that spreads in the worst way and is practically impossible to dig out and get rid of. It took over one whole flower bed and crawled out into the grass and around the corner of house for one gardener. It just happens to also be a prohibited noxious weed in Minnesota and I can see why!
