TRANSFERING FILES FROM THE UNIX TO THE PC NETWORK

To transfer a file from a UNIX account to another account:

• Click on Media Mail icon
• Click on compose
• Click on attach, drag down to file
• Select file to be transfered from the directory that appears
• Click on attach, then close
• File will appear as Data icon in attachment box
• Address message using usrname@tiny.computing.csbsju.edu (for example, use hjakubowski@tiny.computing.csbsju.edu to send file to me.
• Click on send
