I also have a long term plan to collaborate with the
Nutrition Department, to develop methods to identify and
quantitative levels of oxidative damage of lipids and proteins in
human blood lipoproteins. This involves purification of
lipoprotein using differential ultracentrifugation and analysis
using chemical, spectroscopic and chromatographic techniques.
