                        Now you that you have assessment data it is time to prioritize your information.  Please use the following diagrams to

                        determine what your first nursing priority might be for this patient.  In this priority algorithm basic survival needs must be met

                        first, then safety needs, then social or self-esteem needs.

   

 

 

 

 

 

In the following algorithm high priority are the needs that need to be met first, followed by medium priority and finally low priority needs can be met.
