Large TV Cabinet

MUST SELL:
I am selling a large TV cabinet. 
We are doing some room rearrangements and have no room for this piece.
It was purchased at Slumberland approx. 3 years ago.  The TV pictured is a 37" TV but DOES NOT go with the cabinet, only the cabinet is for sale.  It can hold up to a 42" flat panel as well.

It has room for many DVDs and CDs in two pull out shelves (made for media) on the left lower side.  The other side has one adjustable shelf. 
The pictures do no do it justice, must see to appreciate.
I am asking $175/Make Offer (it was over $400 new).
