Cats on Campus

Have you ever wondered why there are so few cats on the CSB/SJU campuses?  I have.  To attempt to solve this enigma I asked one of my Concepts of Biology classes to answer the following question:

I ________________ cats.  (Fill-in-the-blank)
      a.  love c.  don't mind e.   hate
      b.  hate d.  dislike f.    like to eat

I collated the data from about 50 students and then graphed the results (see figure below).  You can make your own conclusions from the data.  However, one thing seems obvious to me - if you go to dinner at a biology students' house - you'd better watch what you eat.
