READING ASSIGMENT
WRITING ASSIGNMENT
The writing assignment is to prepare a biographical sketch of "your scientist", as indicated by the assignment sheet. We expect the paper to be 6-10 typewritten pages (or the equivalent), properly referenced. You will present your paper to the group at the appropriate location as indicated in the itinerary and then submit your paper for evaluation.

FINAL EXAM
On the first day of class we will give you a set of essays questions that will serve as the final exam for the course. You have the entire trip to gather information and ponder these questions. In other words, informaton that will enable you to formulate good answers will emerge during class, museum visits, and tours.
