And a few aftermarket items...
1/2/2010 - Sub-assembled the fore and aft hull sections, impeller tubes, sail, and dive planes. The fore hull had some serious warpage in the halves, but I managed to wrestle them together. I first Tenaxed the dorsal seam & wrapped the assembly in heavy duty rubber bands while aligning the keel seam. I spread a part of the keel seam slightly to run in the cement then let in close; repeated this down the line. I left the bands on overnight, with the flying sub hatch piece in place (not glued though) to ensure it could be fitted in place later.
