Note the GLU, ASP interaction with the Mn, and the internal heterodimer formed by the two RNaselll located in the head of each subunit.  

Individual chains:
Individual dicer subunits of the tetramer will appear with time.  Wait until all show.

Amino acids forming the 3' overhang-binding pockets

Located in the PAZ domain of the sub-units the highlighted Tyrosine, Phenylalanine, and Histidine play and important role in binding of dsRNA.
