Another 22nd Century Romulan ship

Though its design is more in line with ships from the 24th century, this is the "bird of prey" from Enterprise's Minefield episode. It's a decent design but too advanced-looking for my tastes. Plus, I've always had the impression from Balance of Terror that the cloaking device was something new, developed by the Romulans so that their fusion-powered ships could have a tactical advantage over the Federation's faster antimatter-powered ships.
