__ Applications due as soon as possible. Early application can be to your advantage.
__ Deposit of $200 due by December 16 if possible to reserve your spot. Earlier deposits can be to your advantage. If a January deposit is more convenient, please make arrangements with Fr. Mark.
Note: Because of flight and hotel charges, this $200 deposit is not refundable after March 8.__ The balance of $3090* will be billed to your student account in May.

Note: A tuition charge of about $400 will also appear on your student billing as a charge from the college.
These fees include airfare from Minneapolis to Copenhagen and Munich to Minneapolis; lodging in Copenhagen, Berlin and Munich; dinners with the group (4 or more as the budget allows); museum entrances and city guides in Copenhagen, Berlin and Munich; bicycle trip in Munich; Bavarian dinner evening in Munich.
